I work across various sectors providing Executive Coaching for blue chip corporate clients, SMEs and charities.
The Development and Construction sector is a high-pressured and fast-paced environment. I understand this sector well; I have over 25 successful years of experience across management and SLT positions. I've tailored my Coaching practice to support professionals at all levels within this industry, offering relevance and understanding as to the unique challenges faced.
I offer a professional Executive Coaching service to businesses who are committed to supporting their staff progress to their full potential. I will partner with those who want to: grow in confidence; thrive in their working environment; and uphold their values everyday.

About Me
My name is Jason and I’m an Executive Coach. I find purpose and significance in supporting others to grow and progress in their personal and professional development.
I've enjoyed a fulfilling, 25-year long career in the development & construction industry; meeting and working with some incredible and inspiring people, travelling country-wide and overseas to extol the virtues of best practice, environmental sustainability and credible innovation.
In my coaching practice, I have successfully worked with many to create forward momentum when they'd found themselves stuck in a career rut; I've helped recently appointed managers to embrace and thrive in their new roles as the privilege and weight of greater responsibilities is taken on; I've supported professionals who've experienced their career growth hamstrung by challenges in their personal lives; and I have supported charities to identify and improve areas of growth potential, financial sustainability and staff development - they've all seen impressive results!
Experience and Interests
I've enjoyed working with people throughout my career. From many years ago, as a young man entering my industry seeking advice and guidance from the established leaders, to progressing through to Group Director of a leading business in the sector. I was elected to the Board and then to Chair of my industry's trade association, along with leading roles within industry specialist working groups and local action groups.
I have trained at
Henley Business School
in Advanced Personal Leadership and Professional Certified Executive Coaching.
As well as thoroughly enjoying my work environment, I have a keen interest in sports and history. I play golf, cricket and tennis, and head for the great outdoors with my family when time allows.
